James M. Epperson, a son of Mr. and Mrs. H.L. Epperson of Hurdland, and Miss JOsephine Holychuk, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Holychuk of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, were married Aug. 4 at St. Josephat's Cathedral in Edmonton. The bride wore an afternoon formal of white crepe with nylon set yoke and puff sleeves and long mist blue lace mitts and a chapel veil which was draped from a bandeau of white carnations. She carried a white prayer book topped with ribbon and matching flowers. The bridesmaid, Miss Henrietta Yuzda, wore a yellow dress with navy blue accessories. She carried a colonial bouquet. The bride's mother wore a blue crepe dress trimmed in pink with a matching straw hat. The best man was Nestor Holychuk, a brother of the bride. A wedding supper at the MacDonald Hotel followed teh ceremony. A reception was held later at the home of teh bride's parents. The couple spent their honeymoon motoring through the north-western states and Yellowstone Park. They will make their home at the Sterling Apartments in Kirksville.
